What I collect

• When you contact me through the form on this site, a Facebook or Instagram lead form, text, call, or email: your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell me about your tech problem.
• Site analytics: I use Plausible, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies or collect personal information. It only counts things like page views and which pages people visit.

How I use it

• To get back to you about your request, by text, call, or email.
• To schedule and do the work, and to send invoices or receipts.
• To keep basic records of past jobs so I can help you next time.

By sharing your phone number, you agree that I can text or call you about your request. Reply STOP at any time and I won't text you again. I don't add anyone to a marketing list without asking first.

Who I share it with

I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It only passes through the tools I use to run the business, like Meta (if you contacted me through a Facebook or Instagram form), Google, my phone and email providers, and my website host (Vercel). Each of them handles data under their own privacy policies. I'll only share your info beyond that if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

As long as it's useful for helping you or for my business and tax records, in password-protected accounts that only I can access. If you'd like your information deleted, just ask and I'll remove it.

Kids

This site and my ads aren't aimed at anyone under 18, and I don't knowingly collect information from children.
